THE CHALLENGE:
After years making news graphics I found myself longing for the days when I used to draw. So I gave myself a project that would fouc on getting creative with prompts from friends. I had one friend choose an animal and another shoot and occupation. After this I created these pieces.
THE SOLUTION:
I created these vector based images in illustrator and then brought them into photoshop to add texture. I wanted to have fun with the characters and put them in bright environments to convey the light feeling of the illustrations. Eventually I will animate the illustrations. See storyboards below.
I am working on this last set of illustrations.
